On May 19, Gao Fei, CEO of China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited (Mengniu), met Thomas Bach, International Olympic Committee (IOC) President, who was paying a visit to China, in Shanghai. The two sides held talks on topics related to jointly promoting global sports and sustainable development, and looked forward to the upcoming Games of the XXXIII Olympiad (Olympic Games Paris 2024).

Mr. Bach said at the meeting, “Mengniu is an outstanding representative of Chinese enterprises and brands going global. IOC is very pleased to establish a partnership with Mengniu, and during the cooperation process, IOC deeply perceives the compatibility of Mengniu with the Olympic spirit. Whereas Mengniu has built world-class products and brands, adhered to sustainable development, and safeguarded the health of both the earth and human kind, IOC is looking forward to continuing to join hands with Mengniu to make greater contributions for a peaceful and better world.”

Mengniu’s capacity as a Worldwide Partner not only indicates that Mengniu brand and products are highly recognized by IOC, but also is an affirmation to Mengniu’s long-term support for the Olympic cause.
